Experience:
Ms. Seneshen received her J.D. from William and Mary in 1997, where she was a member of the William and Mary Law Review. Ms. Seneshen has substantial experience in corporate matters as well as domestic and international business transactions, especially as they relate to oil and gas and mining. She is the past co-chair of the Legal and Legislative Committee of the Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen. Ms. Seneshen is the author of "Lessee and Transferee Qualifications," Law of Federal Oil & Gas Leases (2005) and "An Overview of Rocky Mountain Oil and Gas Law", National Association of Division Order Analysts 2005, Annual Institute. She is also the co-author of "Wyoming Disallows Deductions for Transportation Between Wellhead and Market Pipeline: Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. v.
