Danielle V. Wiletsky received her J.D. with honors from Ohio State University in 1997, where she was a member of the Ohio State University Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wiletsky clerked for the Honorable Raymond Dean Jones in the Colorado Court of Appeals. Ms. Wiletsky is the co-author of "Equitable Defenses Against the Government in the Natural Resources and Environmental Law Context," 17 Pace Env. L. Rev. 273 (2000).
