Experience:
Mr. Meck has extensive experience in structuring and financing business ventures, and acquisitions and mergers, especially as they relate to oil and gas and mining. He is the former general counsel of publicly held oil and gas and natural resources companies. Mr. Meck also has experience in international legal matters, and the organization and financing of business ventures in Latin America and the Former Soviet Union.
