Experience:
Mr. Jones specializes in oil and gas, mining law, acquisitions and dispositions, complex business transactions, and corporate law. A recognized expert in oil and gas matters, Mr. Jones chaired the Oil and Gas Program of the 39th Annual Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Institute in 1994 and has presented a number of papers at annual and special oil, gas and mining institutes and continuing education seminars. He is an Adjunct Professor of Oil and Gas Law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Mr. Jones was recently designated as a Colorado Super Lawyer by 5280 Magazine. He has also been selected for inclusion in the 2007 edition of the Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Oil and Gas Law and for inclusion in Who's Who America 2007. |
