Mr. Tooley specializes in civil trials and appeals, including contract disputes, complex commercial litigation and litigation involving oil and gas, mineral rights, timber rights, real property, eminent domain and inverse condemnation actions, arbitration, and employment claims. He has lectured in various continuing legal education seminars. He is the co-author of “The Marketable Product Approach in the Natural Gas Royalty Case,” 44 Rocky Mt. Min. L. Inst. 21-1 (1988).
