Experience:
Mr. Tolley was born and raised in the small oilfield town of Rangely, Colorado. He is a Boettcher Scholar and was a four-year varsity letterman in football at Colorado College. During the summers, he worked as a heavy-equipment operator for an oil and gas well-servicing company. After completing his undergraduate education, Mr. Tolley received his M.B.A. from the University of Denver in 2005, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society. After business school, Mr. Tolley received his J.D. from the University of Denver in 2009.
