Our attorneys represent both government agencies and private property owners in condemnation matters and have worked on several major projects in Colorado such as serving as Special Assistant Attorneys General for the I-25 improvement project known as “T-Rex”, assisting the Regional Transportation District with its “FasTracks” project and acquiring rights-of-way for the Northwest Parkway.
