Thomas C. McKee specializes in oil and gas title and transactions and estate and retirement planning. He served for four years as an officer in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps before attending law school. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McKee worked in the Legal Department of Phillips Petroleum Company, then as an attorney in private practice focusing primarily in the areas of natural resources, estate planning, and commercial litigation.

- Authored hundreds of title opinions covering fee, federal and state lands throughout the Rocky Mountain Region
- Co-authored division order title opinion for 70,000 acre federal exploratory unit including fee, state and federal lands
- Lead counsel in natural resources and other litigation matters in Colorado state courts and federal courts

Personal
My life revolves around my wife and six children, their families and extended family. Other pastimes include church, reading, classic movies, running, yard work and a glass of red wine or Scotch occasionally. I enjoy high school and college sports, especially University of Oklahoma football and women's and men's basketball.
