Overview

Bria is a passionate litigator working with clients in the fields of complex civil litigation and natural resource law. She has experience across the spectrum of civil litigation and has represented clients ranging from individuals to corporations. Bria has successfully appeared before state courts, administrative courts, and negotiated settlements in favor of her clients. She earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she excelled in both the American Indian Law Clinic and the Juvenile and Family Law Clinic.

Bria considers herself a “double-buff” as she additionally received her Bachelor of the Arts at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Prior to joining Welborn Sullivan Meck & Tooley, P.C. Bria represented insurance companies in worker compensation matters at Hall & Evans.

In her spare time, Bria enjoys spending time with her family, baking, trying new restaurants around Colorado, yoga and riding her Peloton.
