Overview

Ezra is a trusted corporate attorney who provides strategic counsel to individuals, firms, and private companies. His practice focuses primarily on M&A transactions, equity fundraising and investments, corporate governance and compliance, and the unexpected challenges every business owner faces along the way.

Outside of work, Ezra can be found hiking or motor scootering with his dog, playing a round of golf at any of the Denver public courses, or completely engrossed in a history podcast.
