Mr. Storm is an associate in the Denver office of Welborn Sullivan Meck & Tooley where his practice focuses on regulatory matters before the Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission.

Prior to joining WSMT, Mr. Storm worked as a landman for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where he negotiated agreements related to oil and gas development, reviewed and secured mineral title, and coordinated regulatory defenses before the COGCC. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he served as the special features editor for the American Indian Law Review.

In his free time, Mr. Storm is an outdoorsman and fly-fisherman, and spends significant time participating in his local Trout Unlimited chapter.
