Katharine W. Allen joined the Casper office of Welborn Sullivan Meck & Tooley, P.C. in January of 2019. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, business planning, and preparation of title opinions. She represents clients in all stages of real estate and business transactions, including acquisition and disposition, financing, leasing, and title review. Her business practice focuses on the purchase and sale of businesses and the formation and counseling of business entities.
