Overview

Mallory brings her background in geology and prior experience working as Associate General Counsel and as an escrow officer for a Colorado title company to her oil and gas, estate planning, and elder law practices.

She has dealt directly with brokers, realtors and lenders to draft escrow agreements and prepare closing documents, and has experience drafting all forms of title opinions, including drilling, division order and acquisition opinions covering fee, state and federal lands. Mallory utilizes her real estate and oil and gas title expertise to guide her clients in creating their estate plans and assisting with probate and trust administration where real property and mineral interests are involved. She also advises clients with respect to guardianships and conservatorships.

Mallory was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in geology. In 2016, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief for the American Indian Law Review. Shortly thereafter, she relocated from Oklahoma to Colorado.
