Mike L. Fredregill joined the Denver office of Welborn Sullivan Meck & Tooley, P.C. in June of 2019. His practice primarily focuses on real estate transactions, as well as general business and corporate matters. Mike’s varied experience includes the representation of entities and individuals with the sale, purchase, and development of real property, landlords and tenants with leasing matters, and developers with construction contracts and development agreements. Mike began his career clerking in Colorado district court, which has provided a useful foundation for his transactional practice.

Representative Matters

  • Representation of Front Range developers with the acquisition, development, and disposition of numerous parcels of real property and related improvements
  • Representation of businesses with the sale and purchase of industrial buildings as part of a 1031 exchange
  • Representation of landlords and tenants regarding commercial, industrial, and retail leases
  • Assist owners and developers with multi-million dollar AIA construction and design-build agreements, including the A102-2017, A104-2017, A141-2014, and development agreements
  • Representation of companies in the aggregate business regarding the purchase, sale, and leasing of land for mining activities


Mike enjoys visiting the many outstanding music venues throughout Colorado, snowboarding with his wife, and eating s’mores while camping in the high country.
