Phillip R. Wulf joined the Casper office of Welborn Sullivan Meck & Tooley, P.C. in November of 2018. His practice focuses on transactional matters, real estate, estate and business planning, workers’ compensation, municipality law, general civil litigation, appellate work and collections.

Representative Matters

  • Successfully represented numerous injured employees in Wyoming Workers’ Compensation matters.
  • Briefed and argued a Wyoming Supreme Court appeal on behalf of a local municipality.
  • Act as municipal judge for a local municipality.
  • Assisted in dismissing suit against a local school district brought by a municipality relating to the closure of multiple schools.
  • Acted a Special Attorney General in defending the State of Wyoming against frivolous Workers’ Compensation matters.
  • Assisted in the defense of a federal asbestos case brought against national boiler manufacturer.

In his free time, Phillip enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. His family enjoys going to the park, all things sports, and working to remodel their home.
