Overview
Ashley L. Glassman practices energy law, estate planning, business law and contract drafting and negotiation, including varied real property instruments.
She has experience drafting all forms of title opinions, including drilling, division order and acquisition opinions covering fee, state and federal lands. She has conducted and managed numerous oil and gas and mining due diligence projects throughout the US. Ashley also relies upon her undergraduate degree in accounting and her focus on business law in law school to help corporations, partnerships and LLCs with varied business transactions.
Ashley began her legal career clerking for a federal magistrate judge and then a county circuit court judge, and later working as an independent field landman examining title throughout Colorado.
