Overview

Eric is an experienced transactional attorney who specializes primarily in real estate transactions (including buying, selling, lending, development, easements and access, property management, surveys, leasing and title insurance), as well as business law and planning, entity formation and representation.

Eric’s practice includes representing private equity investor clients in the acquisition of multifamily residential apartment and industrial properties across the country, and associated title, lending, property management, and development issues. Eric also counsels clients and provides representation for acquisition loans, construction loans, various loan assumptions and providing loan opinion letters. Eric’s prior legal experience also includes foreign investments and real property acquisitions in Mexico, bankruptcy (debtors and creditors), estate planning, asset protection planning, and probate.
