Over the past decade, Grant has focused his career on the oil and gas industry and has assisted clients with drafting drilling and division order title opinions, due diligence projects, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale agreements, surface use agreements, contract drafting and negotiations, and other related matters.

Grant grew up in Muskogee, Oklahoma and started his career in the oil and gas industry as an independent landman.

• Grant has worked on many title opinions over the years for clients in Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, and Wyoming. He also helps clients negotiate and draft various oil and gas agreements and contracts related to surface and mineral rights.
