Overview

Grant practices in oil and gas law, particularly in title opinions. He began his career in the oil and gas industry as an independent landman in Colorado, working on different title issues for brokerages, exploration and production companies, and firms in Denver.

Grant works with exploration and production companies, developing drilling and division order title opinions, and advises his clients on leasing, joint operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, acquisitions, and other land related tasks.
